Here's what I've tried:

1) Installing supplied disc software after plugging keyboard into USB socket. Restart computer, keyboard illuminates and is functional. Starting Windows logo - keyboard switches off, no response

2) Tried different driver versions from Razor website (forwarded from Microsoft). Tried ver. 1.02, 1.04 & 1.05 (currently most recent and said to work with win7 64-bit. Restart - same response.

3) checked in my BIOS settings (using the keyboard - it works in DOS and POST, remember!). I have a Gigabyte board and have made sure that as many USB and keyboard options are 'Enabled' in the integrated peripherals section.

4) Tried changing and updating drivers every which way on the Hardware manager and Ctrl Panel>Hardware & Sound>Devices and Printers. Troubleshooters and automatic driver updates yield nothing. The device states that it has no driver and none is available. Have directed the driver update to an unzipped version of the download from Razer but it finds nothing.
